This project is a joint venture between Galletta Architecture and Goodloe Architecture based on concept designs by James Nakai and Associates serving as the Owner’s representative. The project goal is to provide building department plan review, permitting and inspections services for the north Colorado Springs area.  The program and floor plan emulates the south-central primary facility. We were awarded the project after an open competition and short list interview. The project is a design/build delivery and completed January, 2022.  Total building area is 15,000 sf with a 10,000 sf future phase addition.
