LOLITA ST CASITA

This 750 sf “Casita” guest house embraces the traditional southwest adobe style vernacular while integrating simple hand-crafted steel building and landscape elements, providing a distinctly contemporary feel. Santa Fe, unique among typical American cities, codified a set of green building standards as part of the residential building codes. Rainwater harvesting, Energy Star appliances and building envelop blower test are incorporated to achieve a higher level of energy performance. The stained and polished slab on grade floor includes a radiant heating system.
