Two 2,800 sf single family detached homes were developed on an existing commercial lot that was sub-divided and which  replaced an aging low rise office building.  The limited lot size drove the  2–1/2 story design which includes a 2-car garage and flex office space on the entry level. The main open plan living spaces and 2 bedrooms occur on the second level, followed by the master bedroom suite on the 3rd level.  A Roof top garden is accessible from a main central main stair off the master suite and provides a secluded exterior sanctuary.
